The event is reminiscent of the grand events in the 1800's with acoustic music, refreshments and more.
To Start Off Your Night
Present your ticket at at one of two collection sites, the Russell-Rufty Shelter in the park or at the Arbor in the village. Ample parking is available in the park at the Shelter. Handicap parking is available in the village. Present your pre-purchased ticket in exchange for a bag of Gold Nuggets. The bag contains one nugget for entrance to each stop during your visit.
Then enjoy the evening starting with Hors'Doeuvres and wine tasting, sponsored by Dennis Vinyards in Miners Hall at the Russell-Rufy Shelter.
A walkway lighted by luminaries will guide you from the shelter to the Old Stone Jail where you may continue to the village along lighted wooden sidewalks. Then begin your journey back in time to a bustling gold mine boom town and the beginning of a joyously festive Holiday Season. Some shops will offer light refreshments. Enjoy hot Russian Tea at The E. H. Montgomery General Store.
Come join us for a delightful evening.
