They will also share their experiences from investigations of Gold Hill Mines Historic Park.

'Haunted' Historic Gold Hill

Gold Hill is reported to have its share of ghosts and it is the perfect time of year to introduce them to the visitors on our website and visitors who dare to visit Gold Hill Mines Historic Park and Village during our Ghost Tours.

Join us this year on Saturday, October 30, 2010 for the 'GHOST TOURS'.

Ghost stories and tours of reputedly haunted sites will begin at The RUSSELL-RUFTY SHELTER in the park and run from 6 - 10PM. Refreshments will be available. Tickets for the event are $5 for Adults and $3 for Children Under 12. Tickets may be purchased in the park at the Russell-Rufty Shelter on the night of the tour. Enjoy a safe, light hearted fun event and enjoy more Ghost stories as you tour the shops in the village.

**Note**

This is primarily a walking tour and not suitable for little tikes that have to be carried. Please wear comfortable walking shoes. NO SANDALS OR FLIP-FLOPS. Halloween costumes and or masks are not recommended. These can hamper vision and ability to walk.

Be sure to bring your camera! It's not the type of Haunted Trail Event where someone jumps out of the bushes or from behind the trees to scare your pants off. It's honest to goodness ghost stories that have been passed down through the generations and real 'Ghosts'. If you encounter one of them, you gotta' deal with it your own way!!

The tours will begin at the Russell-Rufty Shelter in the park. There's plenty of parking space available in the park. Purchase the tour tickets in the shelter and let us know how many are in your party. We'll try to keep your group together. While waiting to be called for the tour you can enjoy the 'Legend Hunter's 'Ghost Series' video which was filmed at the park and airs nationally on the Travel Channel.
